We had an amazing experience at this resort! Very clean rooms, entertainment throughout the day and night, an absolutely GORGEOUS beach area and the best part was the incredible staff who truly made this trip so enjoyable!!! The manager Sarah is top notch and provides a very personable approach to her position! The entertainment staff was very friendly and puts a lot of effort into engaging guests in a variety of fun! Bartenders and food staff were kind and provided great customer service. The beach area was kept extremely clean and had the most amazing views. It’s in a very remote area with no other resorts around so you feel like you have your own piece of heaven! The pool areas were also beautifully designed and kept extremely clean thanks to the grounds/cleaning staff! Truly a great destination away from all the commercialization of most of the resort areas in the DR! Would highly recommend this resort and we can’t wait to return!!

The place is very clean an staff is good in most of the areas, security staff is a bit rude and don't work with the client experience. They offer premium drinks when they don't have premium drinks, so be aware of that. but overall good price, clean food is good and staff at the front desk and in the bar are amazing

Very clean and well maintained. Super friendly and helpful staff. They need to improve the food varieties and quality as well as service on the restaurants. Signs of short staff and slow service will leave you waiting extended time for a table.

Amazing stay at Wyndham Alltra Samaná! The service was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Reynaldo for his outstanding attention, kindness, and professionalism—he truly made our stay even more special. Also, a big thank you to the entire staff for being so friendly and welcoming. The spa experience was incredible, and the ladies there were amazing. The massages were 10/10! We can’t wait to come back!

The staff was incredibly friendly, Victor was professional, and always willing to help with a smile. My family and I had a good time. Beautiful beach and property. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant the first night and it was honestly the highlight of our whole stay. The staff at the restaurant were extremely welcoming and friendly and made sure we had a great experience. The few things that I can say need improvement was the check in experience to the hotel. We waited over an hour because reception did not have enough keys to check in all guests, which I believe is definitely one thing you can't run out of. That caused me and my family having to wait another hour for us to eat because the only place to eat at that time was the Snack Bar and it was closing in 20 minutes after we checked in so they didn't serve us, and the buffet spot wasn't opening for another hour. The last thing that needs improvement as well is ensuring that there are enough clean towels for all guests as well. There was at least three times where me and my family have tried to get towels and they didn't have any. With better management it would be a 5 star hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers stunning views that made for a truly relaxing getaway. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The restaurants offered delicious food with plenty of options, and the amenities were excellent. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beach, there was always something to enjoy. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience memorable.
