The hotel is clean and quiet, very comfortable. The location is great for travel to Salzburg and other places by train. Although it’s away from the downtown attractions, The train station and bus stops is nearby and there is a mall for shopping and restaurants. The price is good value. I will come back.

Great access to the bus and train station which take you into the city. Being at the hotel also came with 24 hour passes for the city transportation so wins! Rooms were clean, hot water, staff at the front desk were over the top polite and helpful with parking, city questions, etc. Excellent hotel for one or many nights.

I had an amazing stay at The Passenger Hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the entire experience stress-free. The location is absolutely fantastic! Just a few metres from the mall and train station, getting around to explore the city’s attractions was incredibly easy. The area is also well-lit, making walking to and from the hotel feel comfortable at any time. I would definitely recommend The Passenger Hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg. It was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay there again! A big thank you to Expedia for making the booking process so smooth and hassle-free. You have definitely won me over, and I’ll be using your app more and more for my future travels. Here’s to more adventures and memorable stays! ✈️❤️

You can catch the electric bus outside the property that takes you right into Salzburg old town. The hotel was new, clean and modern. It had lots of cool features like electric shutters on the windows. It has a car park. We had a relaxing stay here.

The location was great, it was very easy to drive to and then a short bus or train ride to the city. The hotel also included day passes for public transportation for each day. There is a mall across the street, so it you need food there are lots of options. The hotel room is small, we had to squeeze between the bed and the wall, but it was still very nice, it even has a heated bathroom floor. The breakfast was good, my only suggestion would be to keep the level of eggs higher, several times the eggs seemed to be running out.

We took the train to the hotel, the only thing was the signage was quite confusing. But after a long walk, we did manage to fine the hotel. We had a nice stay, the staffs were super helpful. Kudo to Sara and Hamit at the reception desk, they were very nice and patient and very knowledge. They helped us every day with all our inquiries. We especially enjoy the free public transportation card provided by the hotel.

This is a great hotel, and the room was very comfortable. Although it’s located away from the main tourist attractions, there is a bus stop nearby that takes you to the city center in about 20 minutes. Being right next to a shopping mall also makes things much easier, with plenty of options for food, shopping, and convenience. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Great hotel very modern great bathroom with heated floor at night and very quiet! GYM was ridiculously high end with everything you need. Down side for me was the pillows and the area was a little industrial but there was a big shopping mall across the road which was very convenient.
