There was little to no cleaning of the room from staff, the power went out with no way for us to get into our room and the night staff member didnt have our keycard eventhough we left it with the day staff. Eventhough he did a good job managing things, he was on his own dealing with the majority. The food was okay and when the power did come back we did get to use the service lift. Our bathroom had mould in ir and the shower head had a lot of limescale and dirt.

Olá , o que mais gostei foi a localização , a cordialidade dos funcionários, a variedade no café da manhã ,o meio de locomoção ( elevadores - 3 ).A única coisa que não gostei foi o cheiro muito forte de água sanitária o qual atacou a rinite e me deu dor de cabeça , do mais tudo ótimo. Abraços Líria

A minha estadia na unidade Amaralina poderia ter sido melhor, caso não tivesse ficado presa no elevador do canto direito com meu filho. O que amenizou a situação, foi o fato de o atendente, ao receber minha mensagem via whatsapp, ter subido desesperado pelas escadas e abri o elevador. Foi um momento bem assustador, pois o elevador ficou travado no quinto andar e não abria a porta, por isso, ficava forçando a própria abertura e dando pequenos trancos. Além disso, o quarto 907 esta com o chuveiro péssimo, a água sai em forma de cascata e não pelo saída convencional, os azulejos estão com sujeira impregnada, contudo é feito limpeza no quarto. Quero agradecer ao rapaz da recepção que nos tranquilizou com o ocorrido no elevador, e ao Luciano que trabalha no café da manhã. Ambos foram extremamente respeitosos, atenciosos e hospitaleiros.

O hotel precisa urgente de reforma nos quartos. Mofo e paredes descascando. Cama de casal horrível, com um buraco no meio, deixando VC com dor de coluna. O café da manhã é muito bom. Os funcionários prestativos, educados. Atendimento da recepção excelente. A vista do alto é muito bonita.

O quarto estava limpo no geral, porém deixa a desejar em relação ao aspecto das instalações, paredes manchadas por infiltração, janelas sujas, lençóis de cama desgastados, ar-condicionado sujo, painel eletrônico do elevador com pouca visibilidade. Os funcionários são gentis, o café da manhã é simples, compatível com o preço pago na diária, estacionamento é pago. Já me hospedei por duas vezes nesse mesmo hotel, pelo preço e localização, porém da próxima vez que retornar a Salvador vou pesquisar outras opções.
