There was little to no cleaning of the room from staff, the power went out with no way for us to get into our room and the night staff member didnt have our keycard eventhough we left it with the day staff. Eventhough he did a good job managing things, he was on his own dealing with the majority. The food was okay and when the power did come back we did get to use the service lift. Our bathroom had mould in ir and the shower head had a lot of limescale and dirt.

Olá , o que mais gostei foi a localização , a cordialidade dos funcionários, a variedade no café da manhã ,o meio de locomoção ( elevadores - 3 ).A única coisa que não gostei foi o cheiro muito forte de água sanitária o qual atacou a rinite e me deu dor de cabeça , do mais tudo ótimo. Abraços Líria

O café da manhã merece um destaque especial: muito saboroso, variado e preparado com muito cuidado, proporcionando um excelente começo para os nossos dias. Outro ponto que nos agradou bastante foi o chuveiro, com ótima pressão e temperatura, garantindo momentos de conforto e relaxamento após os passeios. Excelente hotel! Tive uma ótima experiência na minha estadia no Rede Andrade Riviera Premium Salvador. O atendimento foi muito bom, com equipe atenciosa e prestativa do início ao fim. O quarto estava limpo, confortável e bem organizado, oferecendo tudo o que eu precisava para uma estadia tranquila. O café da manhã também merece destaque, com boas opções e qualidade satisfatória. Além disso, a localização é muito conveniente, facilitando o deslocamento pela cidade. Sem dúvida, é uma ótima opção para quem busca conforto, praticidade e bom custo-benefício em Salvador

O hotel é muito bem localizado, tem farmácias próximas, supermercado, restaurantes, padaria, cafeteria, frutaria, praias, entre outros. A equipe de modo geral muito solicita e disposta a auxiliar, especialmente as camareiras do 3º andar. Um ponto que deixa a desejar é o café da manhã com poucas variedades e poucas mesas a disposição (teve um dia que esperei em pé cerca de 10 minutos até uma mesa vagar), o cheiro de mofo em alguns locais do hotel é nítido e o mais desagradável foi que ao chegar pedimos 3 cobertores, pois estávamos em 3 pessoas, logo em seguida uma moça pediu 1, o recepcionista foi buscar e encontrou apenas 3 e nos forneceu 2 e deu um pra ela, sendo que havíamos pedido primeiro, foi uma situação bem desagradável e que demonstrou despreparo da equipe, visto que eu e meus amigos havíamos solicitado primeiro e isso evidencia também despreparo operacional, pois não havia cobertores suficientes para atender o número de hóspedes. E os elevadores são outro problema, dos 3 sempre ao menos um está sem funcionar, o que dificulta a locomoção, recomendo sempre pegar andar baixo para usar escada, caso contrário passará por momentos de espera. Do mais, recomendo o hotel, espero que falhas como as mencionadas sejam corrigidas para que numa próxima estadia eu possa avaliar com excelência em todos quesitos.

A localização é boa, bem próximo a orla de Pituba e Amaralina, porém a praia não é recomendada para banho, pois bate muito. Tem restaurantes próximo. Para quem tem alegia e vai ficar por muito tempo, não recomendo, o quarto tem muito cheiro de mofo, acredito ser por conta da maresia. Como ficamos poucos dias deu para aguentar. Café da manhã razoável.

O hotel fica bem localizado e é de uma conhecida rede de hoteis. A equipe de funcionários foi receptiva, não tivemos problemas no check in e nem no check out. Portanto, a equipe está de parabéns. No que se refere à estrutura, esta deixou a desejar: é perceptível o desgaste de paredes, utensílios, elevador lento e que não aguenta o fluxo mínimo, cama bem ruim, me deixou com muitas dores nas costas. O café da manhã é muito bom, com bastantes opções e a equipe também muito solícita.
