A cama era desconfortável, o ar-condicionado não tinha controle adequado de temperatura e o café da manhã foi bem fraco, com poucas opções. ​Infelizmente, minha última hospedagem no Ibis foi uma sucessão de erros. Tudo começou com a falta do quarto reservado no check-in (às 23h), me obrigando a aceitar uma solução paliativa até o dia seguinte. ​O pior, porém, foi o atendimento. Ao retornar de uma reunião para pegar a chave do novo quarto, fui recebido com desconfiança e hostilidade pelo recepcionista, que questionou minha reserva como se eu estivesse errado, gerando um transtorno totalmente desnecessário. ​Para completar o descaso, um par de tênis sumiu durante a troca de quartos. A resposta do hotel foi apenas que "não encontraram nada", sem oferecer qualquer suporte ou investigação real. ​Pela total falta de preparo da equipe e insegurança com meus pertences, não recomendo este hotel. Eu e minha equipe não voltaremos a utilizar a rede.

Hotel muito bom. Café da manha muito limpo, cheio de variedades e organizado. O quarto são bons e limpos. A localização é otima tanto para locomoção(Uber, Taxi e ônibus)quanto para rejeições ( ao lado de um shopping). O grande diferencial são os funcionários muito educadoa e prestativos. Recomendado e vou me hospedar novamente.
