El personal es muy amable, el servicio a cuartos es muy temprano. El desayuno que viene incluido es muy variado y rico, tiene alberca y otras amenidades para pasar el rato. Lo que sí podría cambiar un poco es que las camas son muy duras y las almohadas muy blandas, deberían de tener opción de más tipos de almohadas.
