“Estuvimos hospedados 2 noches en la habitacion Estandar. La cama matrimonial era bastante chica, de 1,40 de ancho, que si bien era habitacion Estandar no corresponde a las estrellas del hotel.
La atención muy buena, y el desayuno excelente!!!!”

“Very nice location, beautiful property. However, we were charged a 50 euro cleaning fee for a regular room!! It was never mentioned anywhere. That is not acceptable for a one night stay in a hotel room”

“Another hotel whose glory days were long ago. This place used to be called Habsburger Hof and who knows, maybe Empress Elisabeth, Sissi, stayed here when she arrived by imperial train and made Meran popular with high society? Naturally, this hotel too would have had its own restaurant back in the day but now catering is reduced to a bar with some nice wines and coffee. Room spacious, bed good, shower OK, staff punctilious. Very convenient for people like us who arrive by train.”

“This hotel is not recommended to stay the hottest months, the room has no air conditioning and being next to a road with a lot of traffic you can not sleep with the window open. Otherwise it is a hotel that is quite good and surely in the colder months it will be very nice.”

“This is an exceptionally well run hotel! The staff was very accommodating and helpful in recommending places to visit, providing directions and providing early morning breakfasts for an early departure. Hotel had a beautiful infinity pool and hot tub and was still open in October for guests. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Location was close to the old city as well as the train station.”
