“Beautiful stay at the Haven Crest. Rooms were immaculate. The breakfast was 5* and served by a lovely friendly helpful lady. The premises is just outside the main town but a lovely walk along the coast to reach it, about 15 minutes. A lovely bar with fantastic views right next door. The Manager was was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this B&B”

“The front door was not secure. Many times I found the lock open. The lock showed obvious signs of someone trying to force their way in.
The parking included with the room is an out right lie. The options were park on the street or paying for the use of a car park. My interactions with the staff made it obvious that asking for a refund against the cost of my parking was pointless.
My room had at least 3 holes in the wall patched up with brown paper. The bed sheet was ripped.My doors lock...

“The stay at Mulgrave Country Cottage was wonderful. A beautiful house and gardens, peaceful and tranquil. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was fresh, well presented and very tasty. I would highly recommend a visit and we will definitely be returning ”
