Nice hotel for a last minute trip to SLC. Clean, quiet room with good air conditioning. Typical Continental breakfast and a small workout room (the equipment didn't work). A poop which we didn't get to us was very nice. Free parking. Overall very good value.

Hot tub was worth getting in. Needs to be a bit hotter. Breakfast was OK and location to airport rental cars after the shuttle is great. Beds were very good. Dee's restaurant next door was great! For the modest price you will not do better.

The room was very nice and clean and cozy. AC was really good. The only negative thought I had was the water pressure in the shower was a little low in the room I was in. I am not leaving this to put any negativity out there to anybody, but hopefully if it is fixable it will be better for the next person. All in all I would say a solid 4 and a 1/2 stars, would definitely stay again

Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Shower had good pressure and temperature. No coffee maker or extra cups, shower cap etc in the room. Smelled a bit musty, lower floor and elevator were routinely wet from the pool. Went to two ice machines before I found one that worked.

The room was clean, but had some wear and tear (scuff marks throughout the room, chipped paint, shower/bath could be recaulked). The air conditioner was amazing for the July heat though. The continental breakfast was very, very simple without a lot of options. Basically a quick snack before eating a full breakfast. We went to the pool first in the morning about 8:45 and there weren’t any towels available. We did have to ask for some and a very nice cleaner brought us some promptly. We did have to wait for the receptionist for 5+ minutes when checking in, so they could use a welcome dinger of some kind just so guests aren’t waiting in the future. Overall, not the worst hotel we have stayed in, but also not close to the best.
