Definitely get the sea view room. Location is everything with this place. We went for the eclipse and as an older couple we enjoyed a relaxing day at the pool. It was not the kind of place we normally go. It is perfect for families and it was nice to see people having fun without screens. The staff was helpful but not intrusive. Appreciated that they were on top of keeping the floors dry with everyone dripping water. The place is a bit dated but it had a charm to it. The pool is the main feature and it was kind of nice that they close it early so you can enjoy the peaceful sea views in the evening. Elevators were a complaint for some but we were on the 3rd floor and didnt mind walking down. The other issue is the parking but we totally lucked out getting there early to get a spot near the hotel. We just kept up on paying the meter every 4 hours until the evening when parking was free.

Dirty marks on walls and around doors that I repeatedly complained about 3 days in a row but nothing has been done and no apology. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. On a positive note the view from the room was stunning.

Hotel Negresco has a wonderful staff who can't do enough to help guests - in several languages! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food options are varied and delicious. The rooms are well appointed - and the sea views wonderful. My only complaint was the weather - four days of POURING rain - but the hotel is not responsible for that!

This hotel is beautiful. The location is really nice right on the beach with nice walks nearby. There aren’t many bars or clubs directly around the hotel which suited us but may not suit other people. The hotel is immaculately clean. The entertainment team are lovely and full of energy. They organise activities like aqua fit and tai chi plus games by the pool during the daytime. There was great entertainment each evening like Flamenco dancing and Cuban bands. The bar staff are really lovely. They always have a smile on their face, especially Antonio who is really friendly. Nothing is a trouble for them. The restaurant staff are also very pleasant and professional. There is a reasonable choice of food. Sometimes it is not very hot but there is a microwave to heat it. Two chefs do food to order and that is nice and hot. Usually burgers, hot dogs and stir fry’s.

This is a wonderful hotel. The position outside of town more relaxed and handy for the best beaches. Pool is lovely, entertainment in the area is good and has a cut of of midnight. Hotel itself is spotless and the staff are truly wonderful, each and every one of them. I have stayed at this hotel several times and always enjoy my stay. The only criticism I have of best negressco is that the walls are so thin it can feel like the occupants Nextdoor are in the room with you. That aside I would recommend and will certainly stay here again.

Not a 4 star hotel.

No coffee or tea for lunch or for dinner! You could buy in the bar, but not in the dining room. Even though they had coffee machines that was working during breakfast. Thin walls between the rooms made it some times difficult to sleep because of noice. Many of the staff did not speak english. Rest was good.

We had a very disappointing experience in Room 124. There were ants everywhere, and the poorly maintained bathroom led to flooding. The air conditioner appeared to be working but wasn’t cooling at all. Windows and sliding doors were dirty, and the bedsheets clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The reception staff felt robotic and unwelcoming. For the price we paid, the quality was far below expectations. The only positive was the great location—but even that doesn't justify the cost. This hotel is seriously overpriced and not worth it. I highly recommend others to push for lower prices or look elsewhere.

Disgusting property with hair in the shower, dirty & worn out towels, bedsheets with holes. the 1st allotted room was stinking so bad. in the 2nd room the washroom was disgusting, didnt even dare to enter. there was hair in towel. bedsheets were stinking. coudnt change the hotel because reached around midnight. It was the worst experience which ruined my travel experience. I am so surprised how is the hotel still running!

Todo bien. La chica que nos recibía y atendía en el restaurante, súper simpática y agradable (no recuerdo el nombre). El único inconveniente del hotel y algo que en lo personal es importante, fue que no hubiesen plazas disponibles en el parking. Llegamos un domingo a las 13:30 del mediodía y tuvimos que aparcar a un kilómetro del hotel, puesto que no cabía ni un alfiler. Y caminar con las maletas a pleno sol de agosto. Un poco decepcionante.

Chambre avec vue mer comme réservée. Beau hotel avec salles de jeux, piscine,... Super buffet petit dej et diner. Mais la grosse contrainte, pas de parking ! On a vécu un steess énorme, pas de paeking, apparement y en a un commun avec l hotel en face avec 39 places au total. On a passé notre temps a passer les voir comme demandé a l acceuil pour essayer d avoir une place et cétait pas possible. Il y a quelques places en zone bleu et ceci est payant et mzx 4h autorisés... Vraiment on a vécu beaucoup de stress à cause de cela !

Vi var som familie 2 voksne og 2 børn rigtig tilfreds med hotellet, var der i 14 nætter . Personalet var enormt hjælpsom (vil dog især udpege Tatiana/ esmael/Andrea/ Sonia/ Hector og Hicham) . Maden var enormt godt fordi man prøvet flere kulturs mad skiftevis i løbet løbet af ugen . Grunden til vi ikke gav stedet 5 stjerner er bla. fordi pool området er lidt for småt og rengøringen kunne måske også være lidt bedre .

Ich habe meinen Urlaub im Hotel Best Negresco verbracht und war leider insgesamt enttäuscht. Positiv war die schöne Aussicht vom Zimmer. Den Meerblick hatten wir allerdings extra bezahlt. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war insgesamt okay, aber sehr Schweinefleisch lastig. Der All-inclusive-Nachmittagssnack war eine pure Enttäuschung: Das vegetarische Sandwich bestand nur aus Toast, einer Tomatenscheibe, einem Salatblatt und einem Ei. Es gab Pommes und Burger aus Schweinefleisch – für ein All-inclusive-Hotel völlig unzureichend. Die Zimmer waren dreckig! Es wurde zwar täglich gefegt, trotzdem war der Boden ständig sandig. Die Bettwäsche wurde während der gesamten Woche nicht gewechselt, sondern lediglich ordentlich gefaltet. Außerdem sind die Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Man hörte ständig Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern oder von oben, selbst Husten. Nachts saßen Gäste teilweise bis 4 Uhr auf den Balkonen. Schlafen war zwar möglich, aber nie wirklich ruhig. Die Aufzüge waren eine Katastrophe: Einer war die ganze Woche außer Betrieb, ein weiterer blieb während unserer Fahrt stecken. Dadurch war der einzige funktionierende Aufzug ständig überfüllt, sodass wir meist die vier Etagen zu Fuß gelaufen sind. Der Pool war dauerhaft überfüllt und Getränke im Außenbereich wurden nur in Pappbechern serviert. Auch die Parksituation war schlecht: Die Hotelparkplätze waren immer voll, die öffentlichen Stellplätze vor dem Hotel auf vier Stunden begrenzt. Wir waren froh, als wir abgereist sind!
