The location, the friendly staff, the amenities (gym and restaurant) were all above my expectation. The purpose of my visit was a trip to Old Trafford (the cricket ground) but it’s very accessible to both the football and the cricket ground respectively. Ample car parking too but I got there via public transport, also very convenient.

Friendly staff, spacious and well equipped rooms, food was of a good standard. My only bug bear were the lifts, there was only one working servicing eight floors so was a nightmare in the mornings. I spoke to other colleagues and this had been a problem all year. Other than that though everyone was excellent.

The hotel is a nice hotel.. Staffs are friendly and professional. There is lounge area with a work station if you want to work there. The rooms floor is well maintained, the carpet on the hallway look dirty. The car park has very limited space, better to arrive early for a space. Entrance to the lift was very messy on one of the night, and it was left like that until the morning, this should have been cleaned to ensure the cleanliness of the hotel. Overall the hotel is a nice one with friendly / professional team
