The room was clean, but there were some things that could be given a little more concern, the bathroom could use some TLC, the screen at the patio door was ripped and allowed bugs and other flying insects to enter. But the room in general was very nice. Bed was very comfortable.

The front receptionist was super rude. Unnecessarily so. Made me want to leave right then. The room was clean. The inside pool was ok but had a little algie. The pool outside was better. And nice to swim under the night sky with the little lights coming on. The other staff were great.

We stayed for only 1 night. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and efficient. There is no elevator. The room was okay, we had to close the A/C as it was too noisy. The beds could be a bit more confortable. The inside pool was a bit dirty. There is a restaurant a bit expensive for the quality of food.

Receptionist was not friendly at all. I told her it’s my bday celebration I think she gave a worst room in the hotel located between 2 and 3 floors above kitchen with smell of cooking crepes next to garbage cans. Room was not cleaned on the next day bse of green policy that was explained after my request. Location is beautiful, amenities were clean and nice. No elevator, breakfast is not included.

Our expectations for the stay was high as we had gone years before and it was a great stay then, with full amenities. Now we were charged for our robes if we didnt take a massage session. Housekeeping is not done everyday we had to choose a service and choose a day when we wanted it done. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. Hotel should reinvest in order to upkeep to today's standards and have more people staying. The restaurant many times the servers kept telling patrons that tip was not included in the price and that it was expected. I found that very unprofessional and a big turnoff.

Clean room, nice bed, good jet tub and climate control. The pool and spas are great too. Not a modern hotel but comfortable + the staff is kind and helpful. Restaurant is not good and expensive, I recommend getting takeout elsewhere or eat at a restaurant nearby.
