Older hotel in residential location. They are currently updating the rooms and beds. We had a renovated room and the bed was really comfortable. This hotel has an excellent location, ample parking, and is in a convenient walking distance to boutiques and restaurants, with a great grocery store across the street. The heated outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna facilities and bathrobes were amazing, and added to our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kitchenette was great to have as well especially with prepared grocery items handily located nearby.

Location was excellent, as well as the outdoor heated pool, the hot tub, and the sauna. Walking distance from everything!! The room was clean and spacious; the kitchenette was small but served the purpose. The only thing that was not good was the condition of the common areas. The carpets on the stairs and corridors were really dirty, a little discouraging when arriving. But once you get to the room, all is perfect.

The location is perfect, you can walk to everything and staff was friendly.The property itself is 2 floors with no elevator and no one to assist with luggage. Many rooms have been updated but cleanliness was a major issue for us. There is no complimentary reception.The pool and hot tub were available, but only one table with umbrella. Good for an overnight stay at best

We liked the location, the facilities and the helpful staff. Pool is smaller than indicated in the photo. The one rule that should be implemented is the hours of whirlpool use. The motor/turbine to run it makes a lot of noise especially heard at night time. Therefore the use of the outdoor hot tub should be limited to 10 PM.

This is our favourite hotel when we go skiing. Easy check in and parking. Outdoor pool and hot tub are amazing. Open all year. I would recommend this hotel . Close to everything
