Un peu plus au-dessus de la gamme formule 1

Inadmissible de ne pas avoir de l'eau chaude pendant le week-end et de changer les codes d'entrée durant le séjour sans nous les communiquer. Nous laisser dehors la nuit dans le vent en attendant une demi heure avant qu'autre client vienne par hasard, c'est inacceptable

Null, très cher pour ce qu'il propose

Intolérable de changer les codes d'entrée au milieu du séjour et de ne pas les communiquer aux résidents. Faire attendre des nourrissons dehors dans le vent et la personne qui prend les appels de saint priest à Lyon mets 20 min avant de répondre pour ensuite nous communiquer pendant 15 min au téléphone des codes erronés. Hallucinant et inacceptable.

C'était juste avant une intervention chirurgicale,! l'hotel se trouvant en face du CHU de st Etienne... le seul problème a eu lieu à l'arrivée le dimanche soir : pas d accueil, donc on doit appeler un numero à Lyon pour avoir codes du parking et de la chambre, personnel sympathique, mais ça n'était quand même pas simple. On était dans le froid et la neige, passé pas mal de temps au téléphone, attente et explications car au départ déjà, j'hésitais à communiquer par tel les numéros de carte bancaire ! surprenant alors que je les avais déjà transmis sur le site sécurisé pour la réservation..même si on m'a expliqué que c'était pour la caution au cas ou détérioration. N'y aurait-il pas d'autres solutions ? je regarde vos offres, d'autres occasions plus réjouissantes se réaliseront peut-être. Un agréable hébergement s'il n'y avait pas eu ce problème à l'arrivée

En dags overnatning

Vi brugte hotellet som pit stop på vejen til Spanien i bil. Vi er en familie på 5, derfor ideelt ifht lejligheds størrelsen. Man skal dig være opmærksom på at receptionen er lukket fra kl 1930 af, og hvis du har brug for wifi er det ikke muligt at få hvis du kommer derefter. Lejligheden var ikke specielt godt rengjort, og der var en lugt af fugt i hele lejligheden.

Canapé lit défoncé...sale et déchiré. Nous avons du changer de chambre. Pas de couverture dans le canapé lit simplement un dessus de lit pas très net.

Dommage cette salle de sport avec un home traîner cassé, et ce depuis des années aux regard des avis, cela démontre une bin prise en compte des remarques clients. Sinon bien pour quelques nuits dans le cadre du boulot. Gérant sympa mais pas d'accueil 24/24....donc attention

Assurément le pire endroit que j'ai fréquenté. Personne pour accueillir apres 19h ! Une chambre dans un état déplorable. Un canapé où je n'ai même pas osé m'assoir tellement il y avait des taches douteuses, un dessus de lit peut être propre mais taché de partout, toiles d araignée sur les mur de la chambre, chauffage quasi impossible à régler. Après un appel j'ai pu changer de chambre légèrement en meilleur état quand même... Le premier avis que je laisse en 4ans mais là c'était trop !

Arrivé à l'hotel autour de 16 heures ,Je me suis allongé dans mon lit pour ne me réveiller qu'à 21h. Le problème c'est de trouver de quoi manger à cette heure là. En plus pour quelqu'un qui vient d'arriver pour la première fois dans cette ville,il ne sait auprès de qui se renseigner car l'hôtel est comme abandonné aux clients!!! Et comment sortie de cet hôtel? Tu he sites deux fois avant de sortie car tu te dis que si lesystème de Badge ne marchait pas à votre retour, vous risqué ritz de passer lá nuit sous la belle étoile! Je suis sort mais Je n'ai trouvé au un coin proche où Je pouvais manger . Il faudrait, Je pense, une permanence de nuit pour rassuré right les clients et pour recevoir ceux,pour une rIson ou une autre ,arrive raiment tard la nuit comme ça se passé dans les auprès hôtels.

studio fonctionnel

3 jours, studio pratique et propre. Pratique car face au tram et hopital. Petits déjeuners possibles dans la boulangerie d'à côté pour moins cher que si réservé par internet. Personnel accueillant. Par contre, justement pour avoir internet, il faut anticiper si vous arrivez un soir ou week-end pour avoir le code. A noter 1 fusible très bruyant que j'ai du coup disjoncté la nuit.
