Lovely hotel, staff were great with the kids. We stayed in the new apartments just across the road but with full access to the hotel. Pool is small but has a turbo trainer so you can swim against the current - just need to book it to use.

The hotel is located in the heart of Saint-Malo. We didn’t need to use a car during our stay. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are very nice.

Absolutely fantastic hotel

I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! Fantastic location, great little bar downstairs, the breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. We actually stayed in their smallest room but it was absolutely brilliant. Very comfortable bed, nice shower room and we had a really great sleep after a day of travelling! The staff were great and couldn’t have been more welcoming. The hotel has a small pool that can be booked as private slots so you can effectively have your own pool (bookable in 45 min slots)!

very recently refurbished seemed brand-new, lovely fresh new carpets. very soundproof and nice balcony views of the streets of Saint Marlo. lovely and modern room with excellent location. friendly helpful staff. Will be standing again next time I visit.

SĂ©jour au Anne de Bretagne

À notre arrivĂ©e, l’ascenseur Ă©tait en panne. ArrivĂ©e de Papeete, nous avons du monter nos valises au 3eme Ă©tage par l’escalier de secours. Il a Ă©tĂ© remis en fonctionnement le lendemain dans la matinĂ©e. De maniĂšre gĂ©nĂ©rale, l’hĂŽtel n’est pas au niveau d’un 4 Ă©toiles (service, matelas trĂšs mou , aucune information sur les services de l’hĂŽtel comme le fait de devoir rĂ©server un crĂ©neau horaire pour aller Ă  la piscine ou salle de sport, 3 cintres sur une mini penderie
.). Le couloir pour accĂ©der Ă  l’ascenseur est sans cesse encombrer par le chariot de la femme de mĂ©nage et de ses divers Ă©quipements. Au moment du paiement, aucun mot de sympathie ou voir d’excuse par rapport l’ascenseur . MĂȘme pas : « comment s’est passĂ© votre sĂ©jour » ? Point positif : sa situation. Pour le mĂȘme prix, nous conseillons sans hĂ©sitation le grand bĂ©.

Cet hĂŽtel coche la plupart des cases! Bon rapport prestation/prix, personnel trĂšs gentil et professionnel, style/dĂ©coration Ă  notre goĂ»t, la piscine avec un crĂ©neau perso est un vrai plus, calme, confortable on a tout aimé  on ajouterait juste un mini bar mais sinon au top!

Cheveux et Poils dans le lit et une piscine glacée

SĂ©jour de 2 jours Ă  st.malo avec mes 2 filles et 1 amie de ma fille comme nous n avons pas voyagĂ© pdt ces vacances. RĂ©servation de 2 chambres avec 1 piscine. L hĂŽtel serait un 4* ? Des poils et cheveux ont Ă©tĂ© retrouvĂ©s dans la chambre de ma fille aĂźnĂ©e. Nous l avons signalĂ©, idem service pas Ă  la hauteur d un 4*. Le concierge nous a proposĂ© un sachet de viennoiserie pour compensation ? Nous venions de dĂ©jeuner et est ce rĂ©ellement une compensation pour un client insatisfait? Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© un hĂŽtel avec piscine pour un moment agrĂ©able. Je pense que si l on s Ă©tait baignĂ© dans la manche, la tempĂ©rature aurait Ă©tĂ© la mĂȘme, idem signalĂ© et pas d impact auprĂšs du concierge. HĂ©las 1iere et derniĂšre experience, je ne vous conseille pas cet hĂŽtel. Dommage pour le business breton.

HÎtel trÚs cosy à la rénovation réussie . Les chambres sont trÚs agréables et trÚs confortables avec une décoration réussie ; un plateau de courtoisie ( thés et tisanes Dammann; gùteaux ; café capsules ) des produits Phytomer de grande qualité ( douche ; shampoing; conditionneur ; lait corporel) La piscine privative ( 45 mn)à réserver la veille est une merveille au sein de Saint-Malo intra-muros. Le personnel dans son ensemble est courtois et professionnel.

Point positif, personnel top!!! Point nĂ©gatif,on nous demande 50 supplĂ©mentaires sinon veut arriver avant 15h,ok mais quand on arrive et que l on nous dit chambre pas prĂȘte et il faut attendre 17h,on nous donne pas 50 euro!!! Chambre neuve avec encore de la poussiĂšre des travaux,pas de papier toilette,chasse d eaux qui s arrĂȘte pas car problĂšme de joint,pas de tĂ©lĂ©phone pour contacter l accueil donc descendre Ă  chaque fois,le dimanche la tĂ©lĂ© marcha pas on me dit dĂ©solĂ© pas de personnes pour voir ça,la moquette de l ascenseur est restĂ© 3 jours sans nettoyage de la moquette. AprĂšs tout ça rien pas un geste commercial et on me dit payĂ© la taxe de sĂ©jour. J'ai demandĂ© Ă  ĂȘtre contactĂ© par les responsables de l'hĂŽtel qui on aussi 2 autres hĂŽtels dans intra et rien depuis.
