We stayed for 2 nights and the room was always cleaned up nice while we were gone during the day. The towels were always replaced and the room never felt dirty. The breakfast had a lot of good options and was very filling. All of the staff we interacted with were nice and helpful.

We had a lovely stay at the Hampton Inn. We stayed here before and the property is always well maintained and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. The staff are also super friendly and great to deal with.

The hotel and our room were very clean. Our children loved the pool and water slide. There were lots of options for breakfast. The staff kept the breakfast area well stocked and clean and were very friendly. We would stay here again.

Had a nice stay. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. We especially enjoyed the pool and waterslide. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants too. While things were clean and orderly, the rooms could benefit from upgrade (mattresses, carpets, tvs). Overall, pleased with the stay.

Very clean and family friendly (including dogs). The breakfast was good for a complimentary hotel breakfast (especially the waffles). Only thing to note, because the hotel is very family and pet oriented there is quite a bit of hallway noise from kids and dogs but it didn't go late into the night or anything. The staff was very friendly and super helpful, we saw one of the staff members help an elderly couple prepare their breakfast plates including toasting and buttering their toast and helping to bring it to their table, it was above and beyond for sure. If we find ourselves needing a room in SJ again we will be going back.

The property is in an odd layout. The elevator is in the middle and the stairs are at either end of the hotel. It can be a long wait for the elevator. Breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly.
