Apart-hoteles en Saint James

“So so.musty and dusty room”

“First off aside from the weather which you have no control over everything happened. No air conditioning, no wifi, , no water everything went wrong that week”

“This place was a disaster; it had very steep stairs that was very scary going up and down. This place isn't suitable for elderly or handicapped persons. In the photos you never see the stairs, all photos are photoshopped. The pool area was right in the middle of a construction site being built on the property, I was afraid to get in the pool for fear something might fall on me while I was in the pool. The TV never worked, poor internet connections. JUST HORRIBLE!!!”

“Pool was dirty”

“The administrators of the property are quite rigid in their arrangements, and the amenities in the kitchen are quite basic/rudimentary. ”

“WARNING!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL OR THE COMPANY THEY WILL OVERBOOK PURPOSEFULLY TO SEND YOU TO A CHEAPER PARTNER HOTEL AND KEEP YOUR MONEY!! YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION! ”

“Court Manor #3 has the potential to be an excellent holiday residence, unfortunately we were very disappointed and will never rent here again. Pictures on line and premises 2 totally different situations. Place is outdated and in need of major renovations and repair, kitchen old and dingy never cooked there once, bathrooms and showers old, toilets didn't flush properly, black mold on ceiling, ants, beds don't fit bed frames, killed huge cockroach in kitchen first night, front door doesn't lock...

“The entire property is either under construction or unavailable. Not very safe. Staff did the best they could but the owners need to do better.”

“The location of this property is great for easy access to local areas in the Hipstrip and access to private beaches. The space was functional but just very run-down. It needed a thorough cleaning and fresh paint and tile repair. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was superb.”

“I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent reservation. Upon arrival, I discovered the property I booked was overbooked. I was then sent to a different property that was far below the standard of what I had originally paid for. Due to the unacceptable conditions, I chose to check out early and did not stay. Despite these circumstances — which were entirely out of my control — I have been informed that I am not eligible for a refund. This is unacceptable....

“I booked this property because of the proximity to the airport. The apartment is in need of a total refurbishment. The bathroom was moldy and just unsanitary. This property should never have been rented.”
