In general we had a pretty disappointing stay. We were a family with kids and booked a two room apartment for three nights incl. Breakfast. When we arrived I was surprised to realize how far from the main house and restaurant the apartments were. We had to go by car! The hotel does not at all look like pictures on the web. the apartment was ok but not clean. All bed sheets was covered in dog hair. At arrival we tried to book a table in the restaurant but everything was booked and we had to rush to the supermarket. (Check in was at 17.00 and we could get a table at 17.30 which did not work for us). In general the staff was not very friendly at not at all able to have basic conversations in English. We chose to leave one day early for something better. Would not go back

Personal war an der Rezeption freundlich, im Speisesaal bis auf eine Person ,naja. Zimmer wurde bei 4 Nächten nicht gereinigt , nur auf Anfrage. Frühstück war okay. Schwimmbad ist super , gerade wenn man mit Kindern da ist. Lage ist schon sehr abgelegen , man braucht ein Auto.

Nach dem ersten Ankommen und der eigenständigen Reinigung des Appartements haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Es wird viel zur Sauberkeit in anderen Bewertungen geschrieben und leider können wir die negativen Meinungen nur bestätigen. Gerade bei den Apartments - hier ist eine Reinigung während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht vorgesehen - hätte ich mir zumindest Putzutensilien gewünscht um das Ganze selbst in die Hand zu nehmen. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ließ in der Küche leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es gab beispielsweise 3 Trinkgläser für 4 Personen. Von der Sauberkeit abgesehen war das Hotel für uns als Familie perfekt. Das Apartment hatte eine tolle Größe, das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch bis kurz vor 11 noch sehr gut ausgestattet. Das angeschlossene Schwimmbad mit Indoorspielplatz sind wirklich toll. Das ganze Areal ist sehr großzügig und ruhig gelegen, was wir als sehr positiv empfunden haben. Es gab ergänzend eine tolle Kinderbetreuung von zwei super netten Damen. Wir haben hierauf vorab nicht geschaut aber unsere Kinder fanden das Bastelangebot und die Damen so toll, dass sie sich jeden Tag, an dem es möglich war, angemeldet haben. Unterm Strich würden wir die Unterkunft wieder buchen und beim nächsten Mal Putzzeug mitbringen.

Unser Appartement war stark abgenutzt und hätte in diesem Zustand nicht angeboten werden dürfen. Die gesamte Anlage hat Potenzial, wenn die längst überfällige Komplettsarnierungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt werden. Nur das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet hat uns gut gefallen, samt dem Service-Personal im Restaurant.

Wir waren jetzt mit drei Personen zum dritten Mal an dieser Unterkunft. Von Mal zu Mal. wurde es leider schlechter. Das größte Problem ist hier Sauberkeit und die inzwischen sehr nötig gewordene Renovierung der gesamten Anlage beginnend mit verstopfter Toilette weiter über viele Haare in der Poollandschaft im Wasser. Duschen ab 19 Uhr im Dunkeln. Bevor dieses Anlage nicht renoviert wird, werden wir sicher kein viertes Mal hinfahren.

Hatten eine FEWO. Zimmer praktisch eingerichtet. Soweit alles vorhanden was man braucht. Größe sehr gut. Leider in fast jeder Ecke Spinnweben und natürlich auch die entsprechenden Tiere. Ansonsten Sauberkeit gut. Frühstücksbuffett sehr gut mit großer Auswahl.

An sich eine schöne Anlage, aber leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten ein Ferienappartment etwas weiter weg vom Haupthaus mit einem sensationellen Blick über die Wiesen mit Balkon in der Abendsonne. Leider viele Ameisen in der Wohnung. Das Frühstückpersonal ist wenig gastfreundlich, man nimmt sie kaum war und sie die Gäste auch nicht. Super Schwimmbad (nettes Personal) und ein toller indoor Spielplatz für alle Altersklassen. Parkplatz kostet 8€/Tag, was in der Lage (fern ab von allem) und bei dem Platzangebot wie Abzocke wirkt.

Hej vi havde problemer ved indtjeningen for vi fik at vide at det var uden morgenmad og vi havde efter hjemmesiden bestilt morgen mad, efter en længere diskussion fik vi at vide at det er en fejl os der af og til sker.Morgenmaden er virkelig god. Vi troede at indgang til svømmehallen var gratis men det var den ikke , så stod der at der var minigolf men det var så tilgroet at det kunne man ikke. Stedet trænger virkelig til en gang pleje både udenfor og inde i husene. Men stedet er ellers virkeligt godt som husene og hotellet ligger.

Leider haben wir unser gewünschtes Appartment trotz 7 monatiger Reservierung im Voraus nicht bekommen. Sie waren aber sehr entgegenkommend und haben uns eine Alternative angeboten, da wir mit der Lage des Ersatzzimmers nicht zufrieden waren. Leider war im Apartment kein Erstausstattungskit für die Küche vorhanden und Geschirr fehlte auch einiges. Wir haben es angesprochen und es sollte aufgefüllt werden aber das passierte leider nicht. Der Kellner am letzten Abend war super und so nett. Leider hat das Abendbuffet im vergleich zum letzten Jahr sehr abgenommen was die Auswahl und das nachfüllen betrifft. Und draußen die Gartenanlage war in der Vergangenheit deutlich gepflegter.
