“This hotel is in a good location.But there is no lift to go upstairs. Some amenities are broken and you can never get enough hot water. The hotel also took money from our credit card and also charged us for the same on arrival. When we requested a refund for the double charge, they kept delaying the refund back into our account. El único problema es el poquísimo inglés que maneja el personal (que es muy amable), lo que impide que te expliquen cualquier cosa respecto de la ciudad.”
