“The breakfast was really good! So much options and they tastes really good. Room was clean. The entrance just look gloomy, especially at night. It makes the hotel vibe more of spooky-like. The staff were amazing though. They were also ready to help. The transportation is kinda like a little issue. Since the location of the hotel is up the hill, it takes time to book a grab car. But other than that, we had a great time during our stay in Marco Polo. ”

“I had a good stay until the last day of my trip when I had a package delivered and front desk staff were very off about the package information. Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. All for my package to actually be stored somewhere else not in the front desk. But the room was nice and clean, quiet spot for a stay away from the chaotic city. But WiFi...

“Service is convenient as the attendant is also the cook. Less hassle if your tired and just wanted to eat inside the house. I feel comfort during my stay because im the only person who stay that night though the condition is not well, but its still okay because when i stayed at B room only fan is available. The area is quite and beautiful overview. I would still recommend this to my family, friends and those who plan to stay for a night beacuse its a budget friendly. ”
