“Amazing staff, awesome pool (with beautiful coconuts).”

“Staff were fantastic . Unfortunately plumbing went awry and our.room stunk of sewerage,getting so bad we had to ask the move rooms. Staff were happy to accommodate this but we had to ask as the cleaning staff just acted like the room was fine. No hot water on the last day. Quiet and out of the way but obviously has both some teething and ongoing maintenance issues. These things ruined our stay there.”

“We had a very pleasant stay at Prime Plaza Hotel in Sanur, Bali. The hotel is very large and offers many amenities, including a huge swimming pool and spacious common areas that make the experience very comfortable. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. “There is a big parking lot for cars. Breakfast was good. I could not find maple syrup for the pancakes and orange juice one of the 2 days of our stay, but the rest tasted good including the chicken. Place was quiet and bathroom was with shower and a seat. In the floors there are different heights in the corridor so small steps and ramp are present. Near mall, atm and other services at walking distance.”
