First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. “El hotel en general está bien, solo que se me hizo un poco viejo, la habitación estaba muy amplia aunque no me encantó su decoración, pero tenía balcón con vista bonita, el desayuno estaba súper bien y tienen el servicio de ir por ti a la estación, en general muy bien todo.”
