Beautiful hotel, sparkling clean indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious and we especially liked the large blueberry pancakes and the custom made omelets. We liked having a small kitchen in our room and a large bathtub with jets. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We had a good stay. The property itself could use some TLC. The place is beginning to show its age (carpet, very slow sink drain, needs a good dusting and updating. The staff, on the other hand is terrific, particularly Dennis and his culinary group. They make the place!

Very nice hotel at one point in time, but it desperately needs upgrades. Newer furniture, newer bathrooms, etc. The beds are the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in.

This is the only place we will stay when we travel to Ruidoso they are so friendly and welcoming the beds are so soft and the breakfast is amazing it reminds me of when my grandparents would cook for us

We really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, happy hour, the peace and quiet, and the beautiful horses that greeted us on the patio in the morning. While the hotel needs some updates, all of the previously mentioned make up for it.
