“Great little place for the price. The only thing I would mention is that we couldn’t walk into town from there. It was a little further down the road than we expected so we drove into town each time, but there was plenty of free parking so it was no issue! Rise up coffee drive thru is just beside the hotel so that was cool and the breakfast was yummy and well stocked. It was a good deal!”

“My stay at Sandaway was totally awesome. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing vacation this is the place for you. My favorite part is the beach view. Sitting by the beach and hearing the sound of the waves and the birds and watching the wanter was heavenly. The staff were friendly, helpful and respectful. I needed assistance with my AC and they came in immediately and helped me with it. Having a pot of coffee at my door with a bag of goodies was a special treat.”

En este caso mal manejado por un administrador poco amable, con pocas ganas de atender bien al cliente, donde desde antes de llegar ya te podías encontrar con problemas como por el cargo en tu T/C, sin servicio de camas, con un servicio de limpieza mínimo, un desayuno buffet básico y un precio excesivo. “The property itself is beautiful, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended for us. The rooms and restaurant feel very dated, and the amenities don’t match the price. Our room didn’t even have a refrigerator, so any drinks or food we brought with us stayed warm, and the shower knobs barely worked. The pool felt more like a warm bath than something refreshing, and it was so crowded there weren’t nearly enough chairs for the number of guests. The staff was friendly, but they seemed...

“This weekend was an anniversary gift for my daughter and her husband. They had a wonderful time and were highly complimentary of the accommodations, the delicious breakfast and the location.”

“I hesitate to complain because Kent Narrows was a great place to spend 4 days with friends, but...the property has seen better days and gave off a seedy vibe. We upgraded to bayfront rooms on the top floor, which provided a great view. The breakfast room was awkward...we went out for breakfast after the 2nd day. All that being said, we had a great time, as usual with our friends.”
