“I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Hotel was ‘OK’ but didn’t feel like value for money. The breakfast layout was poor which meant that everyone was walking into you, it was extremely busy - sausages were cold, coffee not great. There were hairs in the bed upon arrival. Air con kept switching off in the night so we didn’t sleep well because it’d get hot in the night. There was a big panel of light switches in the room and it wasn’t obvious which switch was connected to which light bulb. The lift...

“This was are third visit to the gladstone, Gavin and Stephen are brilliant hosts staff are excellent, food ot the hotel is excellent and not to expensive, car parking either side of the hotel. ”

“Very nice room except no lift, Centrally located near the Conwy Castle and easy walk around the town. Breakfast was delicious and they serve dinner in their restaurant downstairs and very good food. Book a table since they do get busy in season.”
