you can’t just show up with out a reservation. you have to book it in advance…. now i know! nice clean descant place though.. i had 3 broken ribs so i had trouble with stairs.. i don’t know if they have a elevator?…boston pizza across street…✔️

Very friendly and helpful housekeeping staff helped solve an issue about the accommodations not being what I had booked. Property owner is unfortunately not very easy to reach, but did come through in the end. Kitchen missing important items such as cutting board and kitchen knives. All in all, convenient option for someone who needs a kitchen while travelling.

Great location, great place & great stay! Various restaurants & commerce in walking distance. The host is very communicative. At first, I thought it was bot; but you are speaking with a real person. Absolutely refreshing experience! Highly recommended! Especially, if you plan to explore the surroundings.

Très bel appartement, bien positionné au coeur de Rouyn. Les espaces communs auraient eu besoin un coup de balayeuse et des sacs de lessive trainaient dans les corridors. Seulement un lit double au lieu d'un queen. À part ça, tout était parfait pour notre fin de semaine

The property description is misleading. It states that parking is available on-site, but there is no on-site parking. The designated parking lot is over 330 metres away, and the walk is poorly lit. As a solo traveller, I found this concerning and did not feel safe walking to and from my vehicle. I was also granted a late checkout at the time of booking, but the property refused to honor it. They did not respond to my texts or emails during my stay, ignored Expedia's attempts to contact them, and I was told I would be fined if I did not leave by their revised checkout time. Another disappointment was the atmosphere of the property. There were notices throughout the building listing numerous fines for relatively minor infractions, which made the stay feel unwelcoming. In addition, laundry bags were left sitting in the hallways for the entire weekend, giving the property an untidy appearance. Overall, my experience did not match the property's description or the level of customer service I expected, and I would not stay here again.
