We liked that the hotel is conveniently located across from the cruise terminal and attached to a food court, with lots of choices. The hotel breakfast was average but convenient. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

It was a convenient location as we were boarding a Holland America ship the next day. It was literally across the street from the boarding area. The reason I gave it 4 stars was to evening meal area is a food court with really great food choices, but the music was so loud you couldn’t hear anyone.

Room Mate Bruno is an excellent choice for anyone leaving on a cruise from Rotterdam. It is a one minute walk to the cruise terminal and three minutes from the metro station. The room was very quiet and my husband enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Superb location across the street from the Cruise terminal makes this an ideal property to stay at pre-cruise. Staff were welcoming and allowed early checkin. The neighborhood is good for walking with cafes and restaurants nearby. The property is modern, clean and well-maintained. Our Executive room with balcony was spacious with a super comfortable king bed. However I found the furnishings to be sparse. A full breakfast is offered which we found to be delicious and good value. Highly recommend this property.

This hotel is very convenient to the Cruise Terminal and the Metro, and the room we had was comfortable and up-to-date. The breakfast is expensive and the Halle multi option eating place is loud and not recommended by us. There are a few alternatives nearby. There is a store at back of hotel (through Halle it is when open) which is very handy.

Styling of hotel was very good and location great especially if you are taking a cruise. Room was clean but shampoo and gel were empty and they could clean the towel bar and tissue holder. Other than that the staff was friendly and they did accommodate an early check-in for us.

The staff is excellent at the front desk and at breakfast!! Great place to stay if you are cruising from Rotterdam, cruise terminal right across the street. The Food Hallen is next door with excellent food. Breakfast buffet at hotel was very good. The only negative was street racing motorcycles very loud noise from2am to 4am. The front desk said this was happening the last few weeks and the police are making some arrests and ticketing some folks. If it doesn’t stop going to very bad for hotel business around whole area.
