It was a great place to base ourselves for our trip to Rotterdam. Close enough to the station to walk back and forth. The breakfast was great other than it was very busy while we were there. Very friendly staff.

Central location, close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Included breakfasts were very good. There was construction of the street out front of the hotel, but it did not impact the quietness of the rooms. For North Americans travelling in Europe, be aware the are not mini fridges in most hotels.

The location is fabulous — it took us just 4 minutes to walk to Rotterdam Train Station for trains to Amsterdam Airport or nearby towns. The whole walk is under cover, so rain isn't a worry at all. Super convenient. The hotel is quite new and the room was spotless. The only thing missing was a luggage rack, but the front desk sent one up right away. The internet wasn't working in our room that night, but we could head down to the lobby to get online. The price including breakfast was a big bonus — no need to pay extra or go elsewhere to eat in the morning. The construction outside the hotel didn't affect us at all. Taxis can drop you off just 20 meters away on the right. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Rotterdam.

The facility was unusual. It was a bit obscure to find as there were no large signs as we are used to here in the states so we almost missed it. I found it a bit unusual to have to take the elevator to the second floor to check in. The check in area was small and pretty crowded when we got there. The staff was amazing. So friendly and smiling all the time. I can't say enough about how great they all were! The breakfast was great! Very crowded but that is a great thing to see the hotel was servicing so many people. One of my biggest surprises was how small and compact the room was. It was sufficient but was very very small. The bathroom was beautiful but being on the first floor the drain did not drain very quickly. Over all I would stay there again but I would be prepared for the small room and possible business at the counter. I would like to have been able to give it 4.5 stars!

The location is closed to Rotterdam station Centre, only 5-6 minutes walk. The room is pretty big for 2 adults. We're very happy for staying in this hotel. We'll definitely stay here again!

What a great place to stay in Rotterdam! Just a ten minute walk from Rotterdam Central train station, over smooth sidewalks, so easy for wheeled luggage, and easy walking distance from Metro & trams, the central shopping area and the World Trade Centre. The staff at the desk, from management, to desk reception to restaurant staff and cleaners were all so helpful and nice - we were at the hotel a week so we got to know people, and for their help - for example, letting me use the phone & speaking Dutch to a call centre for me to get a refund. The BEST part of staying at the hotel was the breakfast- reasonable hours till ten on weekdays and eleven on weekends, with delicious scrambled egg, chocolate & plain croissants, cold buffet, yogurt & muesli, and coffee lattes which can be made in a paper go cup to take out. There isn’t a dinner restaurant but a microwave available, and nearby restaurants & grocery store. The only downside was no safe in our room - the cleaners came at least every three days and we got free drinks aa a compensation for the days we didn’t need them. Wonderful base for exploring all over the southern Netherlands - we did the Hook of Holland (easy on the Metro), the Haig and Leiden. And saw the statue of Erasmus! Good company! Thank you!
