Annoying that even at 2pm rooms for us and a lot of guests were not available for check in and the bar although lovely was not staffed so you would have to go looking for staff to get a drink even though the bar was full and people were wanting drinks - many looked around for refills and gave up with no staff on

Good location. Proximity to Eat Street and Lake Rotorua. Wonderful views. Property is well equipped with facilities such as pool and spa. Staff are friendly, especially the breakfast team. Praises to the ladies at the breakfast area, hardworking, polite and welcoming. Property and rooms are very tired, needing renovation throughout all rooms.

Great breakfast buffet selection, good indoor hot pools, nice bar if you wanted a drink. Our room was basic (as we selected) and was clean enough, had all the sky channels. There were 2x EV chargers if you have an EV vehicle.

A really great central city hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We went as a family of 4 and had a nice big room for all of us. The kids particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast! The staff were helpful with parking options and with access to the storage rooms for our bikes. We would definitely stay again.
