“La signora Mariagrazia davvero molto accogliente, mi ha offerto anche la visciola un vino fatto con le ciliegie. Appartamento immerso nella tranquillità dove si gode un bel panorama delle colline marchigiane. “Camera ampia e pulita con tutti i comfort, comodo il parcheggio gratuito e l’ingresso alla superstrada per raggiungere le località del posto.”

“This was the highlight of our trip!! Such a relaxing and lovely stay, perfectly luxurious without fuss, rustic in decor but also well maintained and very very warm and hospitable hosts, including the two cats and a chicken. The beautiful pool was a lifesaver on a very very hot two day stay, the meals were delicious and breakfasts bountiful. Cannot recommend enough. I was genuinely sad to leave.”

“The hotel is wonderful and has the most amazing staff”

“el hotelito es precioso ,”

“Amazing staff - beautiful view - wonderful pool (amazing view again) and Ostriches! Peacocks! Alpacas! Geese! Ducks! Chickens! Dogs! Cats! Rabbits! If you are an animal lover THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! I can not overemphasize how amazing the host and hostess were, how good the food was with the homemade baked goods etc… but the sense of welcome they gave us was unparalleled. We feel like we were visiting family. This is a place that you will want to return to repeatedly.”

“La habitación muy cómoda y el personal excelente ”

“Super clean and a big room. There is an above ground pool and it is an easy drive to Pergola. The staff spoke mostly Italian and with google translate we easily communicated. A lovely property.”
