Very helpful staff. Valet parking available. Rooms were good, although or room which faced the back of the hotel was quite noisy in the evening hours as it overlooked a busy plaza filled with restaurants. The downstairs lounge area is dated and the elevators leading to the upstairs floors were confusing.

To say this is a 4-star hotel is over exaggerated. It's basic, overall outdated in decor, carry your own luggage...even to hold them in the ground floor holding closet if needed. Did have parking and great location.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Maestranza and would gladly return. The staff was outstanding, friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel genuinely welcome. Our room felt brand new, was beautifully appointed, and was impeccably clean. The attention to detail and comfort made for a very relaxing stay. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options to start the day. While parking was €18 per day, the staff handled the valet service for us, which was incredibly helpful and made arriving and departing completely stress-free. Their willingness to assist with every detail truly enhanced our stay. Overall, Hotel Maestranza exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and a wonderful guest experience

We arrived by hire car and were immediately met by a member of staff who welcomed us and parked our vehicle - grateful for this as the car park is under the hotel and spaces/turning very narrow! The room was comfortable and the staff very helpful. Close to everything! My wife is vegan and this was accommodated with an excellent choice at breakfast. We found the hotel brilliant value and would recommend.

Nice hotel, ideally situated in the heart of the old town. Communication with the hotel was good before arriving. Very convenient as well with parking (for a fee), but they helped parking the car as it was very narrow. The room we had was spacious, but it was a bit noisy as it was facing a street with many restaurants. Except that, I have nothing to complain.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They handled parking and retrieving the car, which was great as the underground parking is very tight. Breakfast was good, and one of the few early options available - Ronda isn't an early bird town. Location is right across from the bullring and a few minutes walk from the gorge, very convenient. Rooms were cleaned and quiet.
