Great location very close to train station however we were warned about pickpockets who worked close to the hotel. Also had a few street people sleeping close to the hotel entrance. Hotel was nicely renovated and had a great breakfast. Elevator was helpful since we were on the 3rd floor.

My second stay here. Room was clean, comfortable, and so was the modern bathroom. Great location close to the station. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff too. One thing to note, the rooms can be compact, but I was fully aware when booking and happy with this, as it’s a perfect location as a base for exploring Rome. Would be my first choice for a return visit to Rome.

The property in a great location close to the train station which allows easy access to parts of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, although small by North American standards. (Keep in mind that this is a boutique hotel).

We enjoyed a short but very enjoyable two nights stay in Rome as we were passing through on our way to Southern Italy. Staff was fantastic very accommodating and wonderful recommendations for the restaurant. We went to two nights in a row. Close to the train station, which was very convenient. Clean room, good air conditioning great water pressure in the shower, and they had Netflix!

I chose Yes Hotel mainly for its convenient location near Roma Termini train station. I appreciated being given an upgraded room, but overall, the stay was just okay. You get what you pay for, and nothing else particularly stood out. I would consider staying again if I needed to be close to the train station for a quick overnight stop. For a longer vacation in Rome, though, I would choose somewhere else.

We had a great stay here. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and close to Rome Termini station, making it a great choice for exploring the city. The room also had a refrigerator, which was very convenient, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Rome.

Super close to the train station room was small and on the first level quite noisy but also kinda provided that Italy street sounds vibe. That side of the tracks a little sketchy but there is a restaurant just up the street Romano La Lupa which was extraordinary. All in not bad for the price

Very close to the train station. Staff were very professional! Julietta offered us a map, and gave recommendations for restaurants nearby. They have a locked storage closet just to the side of the front desk, for guests to store luggage before and after your reservation. Location is away from traffic, so very quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable, so we slept GREAT!
