This hotel was a real gem. Situated in the center of Rome, a couple of minutes away from Trevi fountain and Pantheon, getting to and from the hotel was a breeze. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The design of the room and hotel in general was beautiful. Super clean and very well maintained. Delicious breakfast. We had absolutely zero complaints and endless compliments about the property.

What a wonderful stay! Hotel Umiltà 36 completely exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Rome, making it easy to walk everywhere, yet it still feels quiet and relaxing. What really made this hotel special was the people. The customer service was incredible from the moment we arrived. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home throughout our stay. Tasteful, luxurious urban hotel. Many nice touches that together compose a high-end experience. Excellent breakfast spread with something for everyone. Genuinely warm staff eager to greet and assist. Nice room with powerful air conditioning, a must in the current heat wave. Very good twice daily housekeeping — clean, clean, clean. No complaints here, only compliments. Highly recommended.

This hotel had a great location near the Trevi. The room was immaculate. Each day we were served a delicious breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, but what really impressed us was the staff. They are such an asset to this facility. They made our stay memorable.

This was an absolute gem of a place!! The entire hotel, rooms, restaurant were all fantastic very spacious with incredibly nice accommodations. But on top of it all the entire staff from welcome to check in to restaurant staff to random people everyone was so incredibly friendly and welcoming and helpful! This was my favorite hotel breakfast! Absolutely loved everything it was delicious! I will definitely stay here again!

I absolutely LOVED my stay at Umiltà 36! From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel was perfect. First, the location truly cannot be beat. You’re right in the heart of Rome and within walking distance of so many of the city’s best sights, restaurants, and neighborhoods. It made exploring Rome so easy and enjoyable. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite, and I couldn’t have been happier with it. The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and so thoughtfully designed. And the BED!!! Sooooo comfortable — after long days of walking around Rome, getting into that bed was heaven. And I have to mention the AC because if you’re visiting Rome during the hot summer months, you will understand why this matters — BEST AC EVER!!! 😂 Our room stayed perfectly cool no matter how hot it was outside. Seriously underrated luxury in Rome during the summer! The breakfast was AMAZING — honestly one of my favorite parts of the entire stay. I looked forward to it every morning. The food, selection, quality, and atmosphere were all incredible. I also absolutely loved the rooftop. The music, drinks, atmosphere, and views made it such a great place to end the day. The restaurant inside the hotel was fantastic as well, and the Argentinian steakhouse connected to the hotel was another huge plus. The food throughout the property was excellent. And most importantly, the customer service was TOP NOTCH. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive, helpful, and genuinely made us feel taken car
