We had an amazing experience at this hotel the moment we arrived. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. Also so generous and offered us a bottle of wine. This hotel is in a great location. Very walkable to many locations. The air conditioning struggled at times, but I believe Rome was experiencing much hotter than usual temperatures. Our water had issues as well, and would come out of the faucet orange. This was a bit concerning since we were told the water was safe to drink. The breakfast was wonderful! Very delicious and many options available.
