Perfect place to stay to explore Rome. Staff were very helpful and there was good communication even before we checked in for the late check in option. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and always clean - we appreciated the snacks and breakfast options. Location was perfect - walking distance of all major attractions and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Not too loud most of the time and taxi rank is very close for getting to/from the airports. Would stay here again for sure.

In a great location, walking distance of just about everything you could want to see in Rome. Great shopping (markets and clothing) nearby. Many restaurants to choose from. The bed was good if you like soft and "squishy" beds. If you like firm beds, check with the hotel to see if any area available.

Communication for checking in was fine through Expedia. Roton was helpful at explaining what was required for out of hours check in and check out was easy. Location of apartment was ideal and central and easy to get to via public transport. Apartment was clean and breakfast available via biscuits, toast, yoghurt, apples, bananas, coffee and water/juices which was handy. The two nights we stayed there was workers carrying out improvements to the facilities which wasn’t expected. First morning we asked not to have room cleaned as we had not long arrived. We came back mid afternoon to find our door opened to the rest of the apartment users - again unexpected and disappointing as privacy invaded despite asking for no cleaning or authorising anyone to enter our room. All in all, Roton was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy but wouldn’t stay here again.

Property is in a great location to access all the major landmarks in room ie 10 minute walk to colleseum, 10 minutes to pantheon. There are bars and restaurants in the square which are good quality. Really enjoyed the help yourself breakfast set up. Room was a great size, bed very comfortable, and very clean throughout. Staff were helpful The only reason wasnt a 5 star was the square can be noisy early morning where the service vehicles are cleaning or delivery to the small supermarket close to hotel.

The room was very clean with a nice bathroom , hotel rooms in Europe are smaller than US, but has everything you need with larger than usual bathroom and an awesome shower that hits the spot after a long day of site seeing. Couldn’t get a better location . Staff was really nice too.
