This is a very beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly. The property was beautifully groomed and the rooms very clean and updated. The breakfast was exceptional with a big selection. We enjoyed the outside bar and the drinks were exceptional. Highly recommend!!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. There was a large range of options for breakfast, including cereal, eggs, bacon, fruit and croissants. The location of the hotel isn't ideal for those wanting to get the train to Rome every day - it is 2km away from the train station. However, those who want to go to the beach and port would find it ideal.

We stayed in a single balcony view room overlooking the water. Great open view of the water. You can see the queued planes in the sky out over the water coming in to land at the airport, especially at night. Planes overhead are audible but not a nuisance when inside with the patio door shut. Amazing spread of complimentary items provided for snacks, beverages, and toiletries inside the room. We did not expect that many drink options and were pleasantly surprised. We only stayed one night but was able to walk along the boardwalk, go for dinner just to the west of the hotel, stroll down further east of the hotel after dinner and head back up for a balcony view and a night cap very easily. Would have loved to stay longer to check out more of Ostia, the ruins nearby, and enjoy the rest of the complimentary drinks! Complimentary breakfast had everything you needed. Eggs, sandwich ingredients, sausages, bacon, cereal, juices and pastry. Can't go wrong. Will stay again when we are inevitable back for more.

What a beautiful room with an amazing view! We had a superior sea view room on the 4th floor. The room was a bit small but the king bed was much appreciated. Nice linens and comfy mattress. The bathroom was a nice size and very clean. Our first room had an issue with the AC and it was much too hot. We enjoyed a complimentary cold beer and a bag of chips which were very much appreciated on our arrival. The front desk said there was definitely an issue with the AC so they moved us to another room on the same floor but it was a triple room ( same room with an extra single bed that made things a little tight but for one night it was do-able. The first room 405 had a very sound proof sliding door and we noticed the second room 411 door did not quite close as tightly so we heard the waves and wind a bit which we didn’t mind. The front desk booked a taxi for us for the next day. We went down for breakfast at 7:30 and the room was full which surprised me because I felt like we were the only guests the night before. Typical breakfast but coffee cups are small :) The hotel is at the end of the beach near the marina. I could see this being a great place in warmer days to hit the beach across the street. An overnight storm had caused a bit of flooding in the lobby but the front desk calmly did some work pushing the water out in between checking out guests which I thought was very professional. Thank you - We enjoyed our stay.
