We had a wonderful stay at The Style Hotel Rome. The location is absolutely perfect—close to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, great restaurants, and shopping, making it very easy to explore Rome on foot. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of great options. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. Traveling with children, we especially appreciated the convenient location and comfortable accommodations. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend The Style Hotel to anyone visiting Rome. We would happily stay here again!

I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional service we received upon our arrival at your hotel. We booked a room with two beds through Expedia for a mother and adult son, but were assigned a room with only one bed. When we politely informed the front desk staff of this error, the employee responded rudely, stating that it was "a you problem" and not his responsibility. This treatment was entirely uncalled for, as no one in our party was disrespectful. To resolve the issue, we were forced to upgrade to a larger room with two beds and were charged the difference. Aside from this initial encounter, our stay was satisfactory and the other staff members were friendly, pleasant and helpful.

This was an excellent place to stay in Rome. The location is amazing, it is distance to the main attractions like Colosseum, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps, Villa Borghese. Staff was very pleasant. The breakfast included with the stay exceeded my expectations! I will highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay. We booked the suite as we had our son with us. Spacious and modern room. Clean and well maintained. Location was perfect for us, right in the heart of the city. Lots of restaurants, shops, and landmarks around us. Would definitely stay there again. It can be noisy outside early morning- trash trucks etc. but maybe if you are on a higher floor you hear less.
