Access was okay but I won’t believe its suitable for those needing floor-to-room step free access as there’s a few small steps to get to the elevator. Overall: Good Amenities, I was promosed the lactose free option for breakfast, however this was not delivered. For the rest very convenient location for easy access to Ciampino airport

The stay at the hotel was excellent. However the sound proofing was not good. We could hear the loud TV from the next room all night and also there were people talking on the outside. Not sure if they were arguing etc but the noise travlled inside the room too and did not let us sleep properly. The staff is amazing and goes the extra mile to ensure that the stay is as comfortable as possible.

Really good hotel. Coffee machine 24/7 in lobby and ok breakfast box. Big comfortable bed and nice shower. Only downside (and not the fault of the hotel) is that although it’s close to the airport, you can’t walk there and a taxi cost €25 and not many drivers want to actually go there as they’d rather take the fare to the city.

Great stay

You can take a bus or taxi to reach the hotel from Ciampino airport, train is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel easy to find and reception lady was very nice and multilingual beyond english & Italian, the bed was comfy and a nice balcony for an added bonus

Really nice hotel in Ciampino, perfect for the airport. Will say though, despite only being 6mins from the airport it is not able to walk to it so a taxi is a must. Lovely free coffee/tea/juice bar and the whole room felt more luxurious than expected for the low price point.
