Thank you for an amazing stay. Staff are very helpful and polite, the gentleman outside the hotel at the desk always had a smile. Location was within walking distance to city centre of Rome and a lot of close by restaurants and mini markets.

Absolutely amazing! Great staff , good location… we walked everywhere (Trevi, Spanish steps, colosseum) . Free bottle of champagne when we arrived & staff came in with a “surprise” it was music & gin & tonic … we celebrated the beginning of our honeymoon here before leaving for Sorrento

Very nice and clean. Friendly and very attentive to their customers. The breakfast had a good variety of food and very delicious. Super nice and very accommodating. The room was spotless, the staff were amazing, and the location was great, within walking distance to most major attractions (10-15 mins). Being right beside Villa Borghese park was such a bonus; it was lovely to start the day with a peaceful stroll through such a beautiful setting. The area also felt very safe and quiet. The hotel has such a cool, unique, and interesting vibe that really made the stay stand out.

My son and I stayed at the nhow Roma for a week and were delighted with everything about the hotel. From the helpfull staff to the comfortable and clean rooms, the nhow did not disapoint. It is rare that hotel exceeds my expectations, but the nhow certainly did. I would recomment the restaurant at the hotel to anyone who is tired at the end of the day and looking for a good meal. We really enjoyed the hotel's playfull approach to art and the way it was incorporated into the hotel and our room. It seemed that everywhere we looked there was something that pleasantly surprised us. The TV had a choice for most channels to hear in english, which we really appreciated. The hotel is a short walk away from the Borghese gardens, which should be a must see for anyone visiting Rome.

Staff was welcoming and available to help with any questions. Concierge and front desk assisted with making dinner reservations and ordering taxis. Room was clean and well organized. A bit small for 2 travelers with 2 medium suitcases. Comfy bed and pillows. Close enough to walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. A plus is the laundry service.

Hotel is very good option for a trip to Rome. The hotel itself is ugly from outside, but besides that everything worked very well. Location next to the park is good even though there is a bit of a walk to the main atractions. But enough close still. Breakfast is very good. Room was really nice and clean. Mattress is a bit hard, but okay. Extra points for cleanliness. Overall I would stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The concierge was extremely welcoming and helpful every day, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The only drawback is the location—it’s a bit far from the city center and requires a 25–30 minute uphill walk back to the hotel, or alternatively, spending quite a bit on taxis and Ubers daily. If you prefer a quieter, less congested area and don’t mind the uphill walk or extra transport costs, this is a wonderful place to stay.
