Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
We stayed on the 6 floor. Very disappointed for a 4 star. Torn wallpaper all over, carpet that was tuc taped. Broken baseboards and a shower with no curtain. Water went everywhere. The parking attendant was an A$$.

This property is in dire need of a refresh. Everything shows signs of extensive wear. Pool area was actually gross looking. The normal entrance to the pool was closed for maintenance, there was no signage to alternative entrance. Had to ask twice for directions. Tissue dispenser in our room fell off the wall and couldn’t be reattached. Bath towel was torn, can’t believe house keeping put it in the room. The shower faucet had buttons missing and was covered with calcium. The base of the shower door was also covered with calcium and slim. This property fell well short of Marriott standards.
