My room was spacious and clean and I had ac so that was nice. The property is very close to public transport and many restaurants and shopping options. But it was also within walking distance of many of Rome’s attractions. The staff was happy, friendly and always ready to help if I needed it. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay here , staff service was great. The place is kind of small but is very walkable to most of main attractions in rome. Room was cleaned every day and we really loved the coffee machine & water that they offer in the common area. Would stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome and would highly recommend this hotel. Alessandro was incredibly helpful throughout our trip and stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp to make our arrival smooth and stress-free. The location was excellent — everything was easily walkable, including the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Roma Termini. It made exploring the city so convenient. The room was compact, as expected in central Rome, but very comfortable. Having an elevator and AC was a huge plus, especially while traveling with luggage during the warmer weather. We also appreciated the common area with complimentary water and coffee, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

We enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel. It was so peaceful and well maintained. We had to book it last minute because our other hotel reservation fell through and they were there to greet us and showed us through the space. There is an elevator and great air conditioning. The location is quite central, about a 15 min walk to the Trevi fountain and Colosseum. This is not a typical hotel experience meaning there isn't a staff member always around. By my estimation there is nobody manning the desk after 6, so just be aware of that. Ask your questions and make your requests during the morning when someone is there. I bet you could message through the Expedia app if you needed something. This wasn't an issue for us though. Overall.. I would book this place again. We enjoyed our stay!

Not your typical hotel, however it is perfectly located close to the train, Colosseum, Trevi, and more. Very low key yet exactly what we needed for a short stay. Very cool elevator to get to the third floor. They were ready for us to check in at 11am which was a bonus. Gratzi !!!

I would recommend however it is a guest house not so much a hotel, therefore less support at front desk as not always there. Clean and large room. A little noisy as in main area of town and sounds of street below. Good location to Roma termini.

Overnight stay prior to returning home. Perfect location close to Roma Termini and major tourist attractions. The hotel does not display a large sign, so you must look for the plaque on the wall. Also make sure to prearrange your check in to ensure someone is present. We called the number provided and they showed up shortly. Typical size for a hotel in Rome. Very clean and friendly staff.

Great location n value. However

We had a good stay. Great location we walked everywhere. But we like walk. Near Metro n train station. The room could be lovely Bathroom needs a re do for sure. Although we were on a back road it was very noisy through the at night then from early hours. Definitely need double glazing. The entrance of the building need a desperate lick of paint. It tricky to locate the hotel, it’s just past the parking. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful room and very comfy bed, we arrived during a very hot time in Rome and the A/C worked but didn't cool very quickly. The bathroom in Rm 305 is very small and could use a shelf for toiletries and more towel bars. So glad they had an elevator! Close to many restaurants and bars.

The room was clean and great for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was terrific, close to attractions and metro. Room and bathroom was tiny but everything worked well. Air conditioning was good but couldn’t be adjusted, but still cool enough to sleep. Great place for a short stay.
