The property is beautiful, but the host’s attitude is not. You can tell a lot of planning and design was done for this space, but it was made to be looked at like a landmark, not lived in by real people who are traveling. There was an issue with the WiFi and the host wasn’t able to resolve it in a kind or hospitable way. They did waive part of the fees, but also said that because of me Expedia interrupted their sleep when trying to help me resolve the issue. The comment wasn’t very professional. The location for this property is great, but the host doesn’t seem to enjoy dealing with people. If you’re looking for working WiFi with modern speeds, this isn’t the place for you. Additionally, the appliances are connected to some kind of power that vibrates the whole property every time they’re turned on. You’ll hear noise from the neighbors upstairs and on the same floor between 10pm and 5am. The toilet is right up against the sink and the room is very tight. There are other places in the area with better value and hospitality, and where you’ll feel more comfortable and safer as a traveler.

Ett supertrevligt boende med promenadavstånd till Vatikanen! Handdukarna byttes varje dag och när jag hade frågor angående in- och utcheckning så kunde jag chatta med boendets personal, som var väldigt behjälplig. Området för boendet kändes tryggt både dag- och nattetid. Ett superbra boende helt enkelt!
