Location and value for money was good. Breakfast was very good and staff helpful. Room was comfortable and clean and could set your own room temperature. Unfortunately the bed was quite firm and stale smell in bathroom ( just from age I think ).

The price is right & location near the train station may be convenient for some. The overall condition of the hotel is very dated and shabby. It’s like the places I used to stay back in the early’90s, however nothing has really been properly maintained. Breakfast was just ok, the folks working there were great.

One of the best hotels we stayed at during our visit to Rome. When we arrived, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful - he found our reservation quickly and got us into a room right away after a long day of travel. The room was extremely clean, and we were very impressed by its size. The bathroom was well-designed, especially the shower area, which had fantastic space and water pressure. If we ever visit Rome again, we will definitely choose this hotel!

Great place for the money. Walking Distance to Termini with some great restaurants around. The family Hotel is run by a Italian-Swiss family and does a great job. The hotel is nice, clean and has a breakfast buffet that will get you started for a busy day if you are exploring the city.

Headline: great location, brutal customer service. The Good: the location is great near Roma Termini. The Bad: the air conditioning was nonexistent. Opening the only window resulted in a LOT of street traffic in the busy Termini area. The showers were small when they were installed 50 years ago. The Ugly: honestly the rudest and most ignorant individual I have ever encountered in thousands of hotel check ins. Made us feel like he was doing us a favour to look up and give us our room key. If there were ever an Italian version of Basil Fawlty (only not funny) it was him!!

Convenient location for us. Area that the hotel was in is not great for solo travellers. Hotel is being updated so our room was good, but communal areas are dated. Need for more places to charge devices for 4 people in our room. No hot drink making facilities which was different from what we had experienced. Staff on arrival missed opportunity to make recommendations which would have been well received.

The staff were so lovely and very accommodating - as an English traveller the staff speaking English was also very helpful. The room was very large, open and clean! Location not too far from the general attractions and is very close walking distance to train station. Travelling in a heat wave was difficult but the air conditioning was extremely effective. I would definitely recommend to anyone and I myself will be back again when it’s not too warm.

The staff are very friendly, and the hotel location is excellent — very close to Termini Station. For us, the hotel was mainly for sleeping and showering, and it worked perfectly for that. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good — there weren’t many options, but everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were also very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.
