We loved this hotel. The staff is outstanding and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. Great air conditioning. Loved the location- easy walk to Trevi Fountain. 20 minute walk to the Colosseum. A wonderful experience for our first trip to Rome!

We arrived to Oceania after a long flight. Everyone we met at the hotel from the concierge to the barista was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very conveniently located in the center of Rome. My room was quiet, clean, old fashioned but well well maintained and spacious ( for a city hotel room!) We were very pleasantly surprised given its TWO star rating. I will definitely try to stay here on my next trip to Rome . Thank you

The rooms were clean and cool and attractive in an old Italian way. We were very comfortable. Breakfast was nice with helpful staff The elevator was old style, stuffy, tiny and hot! Better to use the stairs unless carrying luggage. Good location, could walk to some of the sightseeing locations if you enjoy strolling through the many little streets. Would recommend this hotel for active folks!

Kudos to the entire team at Hotel Oceania! Located in a great spot, near Metro and buses. Hotel was clean, fantastic breakfast, and wonderful staff. The actual hotel is on the 3rd floor, accessible by a small lift (elevator) but it was very easy to use. This was a fantastic stay!!

Hotel Oceania is a wonderful hotel. The hotel is very clean and centrally located. You can walk to all of the main attractions. The staff are AMAZING they all go out of their way to help you. They are super friendly and accommodating. This was our second stay there and we will definitely go back!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It’s in a nice location near Via Nazionale and Piazza della Repubblica, easy to walk to from Termini Station. It’s virtually silent at night, except for the occasional musical event in a nearby church / auditorium, and that ended by 10:00 pm. There are two nice lounges and an outdoor terrace, where you can unwind or relax. Some took their breakfast there. The staff were ALL friendly, helpful, and diligent, checking that everything was good, whether I needed anything, and verifying that the airport transfer that they arranged went smoothly. (It was worth paying for, since I arrived at about 9:30 pm). Room was very comfortable, well appointed, air conditioned. Bed comfortable. Window onto inner courtyard, hence silence all night. Breakfast was bountiful but be aware that it was typical Italian: juice, coffee, water, fruit, bread, sweets (filled croissants, cakes), yogurt, muesli, mini panini with mortadella. Staff was lovely and friendly, also checking that I had everything I needed. In short, a very pleasant stay and I look forward to returning during next trip to Rome.

This hotel is in urgent need of remodeling. The building is shared with another hotel and other things, and needs painting. The hotel itself is on the third floor, it has an elevator that feels like a metal birdcage. The floor of the bedroom is so old that I wasn’t sure if it was dirty or just stained. The ceiling painting was peeling off like it had water damage in the past. The room decor was depressing with a mix of different strong colors and old furniture. Nevertheless, we had all we needed for a couple of days stay before our cruise. We were able to have a restful night and it was a bonus that the hotel offered a simple breakfast with coffee, juices, pastries and fruit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Hard Rock Cafe and Trevi Fountain, and very close to a Metro station.
