We were welcomed immediately upon arrival, with assistance with our bags. The staff was helpful from start to finish, arranging transportation, providing food and sightseeing recommendations and handling our bags to and from our rooms. Rooms were spotless and a/c was clutch. The location was perfect as it was a short walk from the Trevi fountain and plenty of walkable shops and restaurants nearby. I would recommend this place to all visiting Rome!

The Hotel Hiberia is centrally located, making it easy to walk to any of the tourist sites. The staff were very helpful and service-oriented. The hotel is basic, nothing fancy, but adequate for your needs. The breakfast wasn't worth the price, and we found better options at the local restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Hiberia. The location is perfect with pretty much all the main sights within walking distance. But despite being central it is actually very quiet so good at night time too. The staff are really warm and friendly and so helpful... Patrick went above and beyond to help us resolve a missing child's teddy crisis!!! The room we stayed in was very clean. It was a little dated and could have done with a few more plug sockets (now that we have so many devices) but that is a small criticism. Overall we definitely book again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel and a very nice area. The bed was comfortable, the ac worked great and our room was gorgeous. The host was friendly and very helpful. The drinks were refreshing and the coffee was delicious. We loved the location and how easy it was to get everywhere, especially The Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. I had the most delicious gelato and pistachio croissants near our hotel! We loved our short time there and would definitely stay again.
