The good: The hotel’s location is unbeatable: right by the train terminal, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the lady in the breakfast room. The price was also quite reasonable. The bad: The hotel is pretty dated, and the window in our room didn’t close completely, so it was rather noisy at night. The ugly: Our room had an unpleasant odor throughout our entire stay. It was so uncomfortable we thought of leaving, but we stayed there for 2 days only, so we decided to put up with it. Our stay was just okay, but I would never return to this hotel.

Excellent location close to bus stops and the train station, but definitely not as pictured. Dated, the A/C was not working properly, the safe was locked, and windows operators were broken so they were open all the time. Between the temperature and the noise it was really hard to get some rest. Breakfast was not good either. Honestly this one is all about location.

The hotel was fine. It's certainly nothing fancy, but it was conveniently located near the Termini train station and the staff were helpful enough. For example, we arrived quite early following a cruise and they were able to get us into our room without any trouble or additional fees. I'm sure this isn't something guests can or should necessarily expect. But the fact that they did it suggests that they have some appreciation for the value to customers of basic service, and they're not interested first and foremost in squeezing people for every cent that they can. We had to leave for the airport before the breakfast opened, but I appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in the price.

Scary ugly outdated uncomfortable hotel

Scary place ... very outdated, old fashion keys, unable to control a/c from bedroom so it is controlled by front desk, front desk closes and does not open until 7:00 a.m., elevator is very scary. The only way to communicate with front desk is via room phone and phone did not work!!!. Ugly hotel ... will definitely NOT recommend.

Bad Experience

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted our experience, and I would like to bring them to attention. First, the behavior of staff was not up to the standards I expect. Both the front desk receptionist and the employee working at breakfast were consistently non-courteous. Additionally, the breakfast service was unacceptable. Items were not refilled, and despite our repeated reminders, no action was taken. The staff did not communicate with us or offer any explanation, which made us feel ignored. Finally, the in-room safe was defective. We reported this issue multiple times during our three-day stay, but it was never fixed. This lack of attention to a basic guest amenity, along with the other issues, gave us the impression that guest comfort and security are not a priority. I chose hotel expecting a certain level of service and comfort, but our experience fell far short of these expectations.
