It was really like having an apartment in Rome. No common Hotel area. The breakfast was nice. For the money it was good. The AC worked well. Not sure what the photo on Expedia is, didn't see that anywhere. Our room was across the street from the check in. The breakfast was at a restaurant down the street that they have a deal with. We went after a cruise and only went to shop. It is a perfect area for shopping. The center of the Spanish steps area.

We stayed at the Condotti July 5-7th 2026. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Ensuring our comfort, bringing bags to the room, asking if we needed guidance for tours. The room was lovely. It is a beautiful area within walking distance to the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. Special recognition to Daniele the concierge. The check out day was my birthday and he gave us free breakfast and had the restaurant bring me pancakes with a candle and sing happy birthday. ❤️

While searching Google for hotels in Rome, I randomly came across this gem. I booked it on a whim, and from the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible service and how beautiful the hotel was. The location was perfect — central to shopping, major tourist sites, and surrounded by amazing restaurants, which made exploring the city so easy. Beautiful reception but breakfast at different location and our room at different location which was ok but room had a small door to balcony that was simply usable as view was terrible to all others rooms and like a utility square… staff were not very helpful felt everything was too much trouble!

Lovely boutique hotel staying in room 223 which was across from the main hotel building, it was a huge room that satisfied all our needs , breakfast is taken at the unik restaurant just round the corner which was lovely, genuinely a great place to stay for a Rome 🇮🇹 mini break.
