The property and staff were wonderful! And I loved the gym, spa, and cafe next door! The front desk staff spoke english, and the breakfast was excellent. Only trouble was as expected...the location...it's a bus to the metro to get to downtown, mostly 2 metro rides...so each day was a bit of a slog. Limited food within walking distance of the hotel, but it met our needs. The neighborhood looked worse to American eyes (unkept yards, graffiti) than I expect it actually was. But, that meant it was half the price or lower from city center properties

Disliked: Amenities
Hotel All Time Relais & Sport in Rome offers modern, well-appointed rooms with contemporary decor and comfortable amenities. However, the staff was not very informative and did not mention any of the amenities upon arrival. The hotel is quite far from the center of Rome, which might be inconvenient for those wanting to explore the city's main attractions. Additionally, the amenities are shared with the public and are not exclusive to hotel guests. Despite these drawbacks, the location provides good public transport connections.

The air conditioning in my room wasn't working, and there was no way to turn it on or adjust the temperature myself—they control it via computer. I asked them to turn it on, but they didn't; I went to the front desk at 10:00 PM, 11:30 PM, and 1:00 AM. They only turned it on at that last visit, by which point I had already lost my sleep because the room was like an oven. This was my first and last time at this hotel.

Staff seemed worked too hard; over night crew seemed to be inconvenienced by late check in. Facilities were an old apartment building (maybe hospital?) that was converted. Area the hotel was in was awful. 4 star rating made my standards too high.
