Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Its very close to restaurants, shopping area and site seeing opportunities. Its a 10m walk to Coloessum. There is also roof top dining for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely love this hotel! It was my favorite place we stayed when we were traveling Europe. The room was gorgeous and extremely clean. The concierge were very friendly. And the location was perfect, right near the Eiffel Tower, restaurants and shops.

Very disappointed that the pool and spa were closed but there’s a sister hotel nearby that we could have used. Hotel is 20 Min walk to many of the big attractions, in a clean and safe neighbourhood. Lots of places to eat nearby. Breakfast is good (especially if you like sweet things!) and staff are excellent.

All the staff are very helpful and very easy to talk. The area of the hotel was noisy due it is in around termini. The amenities was closed down because they are doing something in the pool area so we didn’t enjoy much to swim and gym and also the spa. room was fine but the pillow smells like an old man who did not wash their pillowcases.

We booked this hotel for the pool but it was being renovated. I wish they should have told us weeks before so I could rebook another hotel. Would have been nice to be reimbursed for the inconvenience. But they couldn’t, they only want your money and told really care about the customers. Also the washrooms smelt like sewage. When called they didn’t seem to care. Rooms were okay and clean. Bed was good.

We picked Hotel 77 and paid a significant premium over other similar hotels ONLY because this one advertised a pool. When we got there they told us the pool was empty but we could use the one at their sister hotel 15mins away. When asked how long the pool had been empty they could not say. At best they need to update their listing. At worst it’s false advertising. Super annoying since we’d primed the kids for the pool. Apart from that hotel was fine. Good location, lots of stuff walking distance, trevi, colosseum 15 mins away. clean, good AC comfy rooms reasonable breakfast friendly staff.

We had a great stay at the hotel, it was in a perfect location for sightseeing Rome on foot. We had two adjoining rooms, which were clean and comfortable. We booked the hotel due to the pool, you have to book it, but we always got a slot we wanted. My kids really enjoyed cooling off and having fun in the pool. The staff were helpful at answering questions and providing recommendations of local restaurants.

Location is perfect, but that’s probably the only good thing about this hotel. It is certainly not 4 stars. What was most disappointing, was the fact that I had purposely booked it for the pool facility which was out of order and I had not been informed prior to our stay. We were able to use the pool at their sister hotel however, it was a 15min walk away, and a lot of the so called spa facilities at this other hotel were broken. Staff were friendly enough. The room was fine but warn. The breakfast was not good at all, much of it dry and stale and what you could order was hit and miss. Overall, it did not ruin our stay as Rome obviously has a lot to offer but I can’t say this hotel’s website reflected what is actually offered.

This hotel is centrally located, the traditional Italian breakfast buffet is really good and filling with lots of options to choose from. My room was clean and i was able to open my window to allow in fresh air which I appreciated. The hotel staff is friendly, as i was greeted with smiles and very easy to talk to.

Ideal hotel for our 4 night stay in Rome. Rooms tended to every day. Helpful staff. Basement spa was a bonus, our kids loved the pool - though there is quite a bad sewage smell down there! Breakfast was average. Stale pancakes, melon/watermelon only available on one morning during our entire stay, fruit salad seemed passed its best and it seemed like once things were gone, they weren't replenished. Little things to note. But the hotel served it's purpose and we were happy. One of the best Gelateria's in Rome is just up the road and we enjoyed it every day.
