Absolutely beautiful location! The host have put in so much thought in the garden and decoration and the rooms. Our kids loved the area. I highly recommend staying here instead of within the hustle and bustle of Rome. If you have a car, it's an easy drive to Rome. The hosts are very nice and helpful!

Its a very comfortable 2 bed, kitchen, bath n lounge and ample car park. Clean, big and equipped with everything you need along with secure indoor car park.Joe & his wife are a lovely host ever ready to help. Place is 30 mins away from city center via the train n bus combo. If you drive park for free at train station n take the train to city.

Wonderful country stay perfectly situated for the

Peaceful homestead with delightful hostess provides bonus of onsite parking on a city-close location. Not a real B & B however, unless packaged toast appeals to you. Nothing fresh and no coffee milk. Everything offered was definitely intended to please but bed linens should be upgraded to cotton with a top and bottom sheet for hygienic purposes. The ground were heavenly with blooming plants and small outdoor sitting spaces.

Amazing!!!

Amazing property. The room was better than the pictures. We had a whole private space all for us to sit outside. The owners were very kind and friendly. They even greeted us with a complimentary bottle of local wine. We had coffee, tea, toasts and jams to have breakfast the next morning. It was more than we had expected. Excellent stay. Wish we had booked one more night but it was full. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Die Begrüßung war durch die Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Uns wurden sogar Getränke bereitgelegt. Das Appartment übertraf all unsere Erwartungen! Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und an jedes Detail wurde gedacht. Die Betten waren ausgesprochen bequem, die Umgebung ruhig. Der Garten durfte von den Kindern zum Spielen mitgenutzt werden und es gab überall im Außenbereich begrünte Ecken und Nieschen mit liebevoll arrangierten Sitzgelegenheiten um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, so dass für 6 Personen gut gekocht werden konnte. Alles in allem ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt.

Abbiamo pernottato soltanto per una notte perchè eravamo di passaggio. Abbiamo optato per il monolocale, era curato in ogni dettaglio, molto pulito e spazioso con anche un "patio" fuori piuttosto grande con tavolo, sedie e poltrone. Unica piccola pecca ma è una cosa mia personale era che il materasso era troppo morbido. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti dai padroni di casa (gentilissimi) che ci hanno fatto vedere la casa, ci hanno fatto compilare un modulo per il check-in (molto comodo) e ci hanno offerto una bottiglia di vino rosè. Consigliatissimo!!
