Large, Clean, spacious room, friendly staff, very responsive to messages, room had fridge, bathroom, TV, beds were comfy, wardrobe. Iron available on request, hairdryer in room. Good location near metro line, shops and cafe nearby. Trevi Fountain is within walking distance. Would recommend for families

My host sent instructions on how the get into the property in advance. The room was clean and large enough for 4. The host responded quickly when we had a problem. The location is convenient, close to metro and lost of places to eat and felt relatively safe.

I had an excellent stay in Rome and really have nothing but good things to say. Everything was great, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the location was perfect. The only small issue was finding my way in when I first arrived. There were quite a few people around, and it wasn’t immediately clear who I should speak to or which floor my room was on, so the arrival was a little confusing. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I really enjoyed my experience and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Rome. Highly recommended!☺️

For tue check in you need to install what app and use the phone number receive in your confirmation. They will start communicate with you 24h before. The rest of the room was perfect but the door was hard to open. Creating some frustration. The seal of the shower could have been redo.

I’ve had the worst experience, the staff does not answer the phone and the guy threatens to call the cops as I was late paying tourist taxes. I was sick and sleeping and could not see his messages and he threatens me to kick me and my family out. Unbelievable! Me and my mom were shocked and we were there with 2 kids(my siblings). Everyone got scared and felt uncomfortable the entire time. Old property, too many locks and hard to get in the property while checking in and checking out. No front desk, I would absolutely would not recommend to stay here, worst experience of my life! He gave me a 10 minute ultimatum to pay and send my documents otherwise he’ll call the cops.

Die Unterkunft ist direkt an der Metrolinie A. Man kommt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln überall hin. Das Zimmer ist gut eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr engagiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
